Awesome ring hamid, great job buddy.:icon_thumleft:

:headbang:That's a very nice ring and it was worth your time I'd say. For me that would have been my quota met for the day.

Excellent old ring!! :occasion14: If you find out anymore info on it please let us know!!

HH Hamid

Very unusual find - nice going!!

I think this ring is much older than you think. That Symbol is often associated with aztec or saxson gold bands, maybe even Roman. This ring could be over 2100 years old....
Great find, Keep @ it and HH !!
If this information is right, i was very happy so thank you very much.

gold is gold.

Definately looks like silver to me. Also I have seen several of these types of rings with no stone but has a top with a 5 pin star design on top. One in particular I know was from about 1880 according to the owner. Apparently the stones back then were either too expensive or not available and the silversmith would add the 5 star "ping" as a similation to a reflective shiny stone...so I am told. hope this info helps you some. Keep diggin'
This ring is gold, Thank you very much for your informations.

The gold is gold.

Very cool ring...not sure how old it is but I would guess it is 22K. Has that look to it.

Congrats

Interesting design and style on that old ring and I hope it never gets melted down. Congrats! Please keep us posted on what you find out about its metallic content. HH Andi

It would probably help to id this ring if you tell us what country you found it in.

Really nice ring,I like the design and i agree that it does appear to be very old.

Thanks for sharing!!

HH John

Silver? I've never seen silver that color......

:BangHead: My bad - when I mentioned silver, I was thinking about the ring I had seen before with the 5 pointed star and wrote silver-don't wish to mislead anyone.
Definately an awesome find no matter what karat it comes out to be.
