My mom works at nice n easy gas station in Boonville and she brings home random coins. Heres a list of the following coins that i have found at home.
1938 S Mercury Dime
1936 Buffalo Head Nickel
1943 S Steel Penny
1917, 1928, 1936, 1946, 1957 D, 1959 D Wheat Pennies
Also a coin about the size of a penny but a little bit thicker, it says SVERIGE ORE with a 50 in the middle with mint marks of E and B and on the back there is 3 crowns and the date of 2001.
If any one can help me out on the prices and on what kind of coin the last one is that would be greatly appreciated.
pictures soon to be posted.

Swedish 50 Ore - value - next to nothing

:hello: from the UK.

All neat finds from the cash drawer, but nothing super valuable there. Like $10 for the lot, tops. The last coin you mentioned is a Swedish 50 ore coin, also not worth much... just a curiosity.

unless the 1936 buff nickel is a 3 1/2 leg buffalo.. with be missing the right calf part of the front leg.. if your not sure post a pic of the back....

Better check that 1959 "wheat" penny again. 1958 was the last year of the "wheatie". However, it is rumored that 1 or 2 1959's were struck with the "wheat-back" instead of the normal memorial. If you truly have a 1959 wheatie, your Mom can definitely quit her job!!! Its worth a fortune.

the whole leg will NOT be missing.. you will see the hoof an the thigh part the calf on the right front leg will be missing..to an untrianed eye it will more then likely look like the whole leg is there..if you can post a pic..I can tell you if you got a 3 1/2 leg or not....

I think I do have a 3 leg Buff nickel. I examined it today and it doesnt look like the right leg is there all the way. what can i use to clean it without ruining the nickel? can i use vinager? that cleans pennys up real well. How much would it be worth if it was the 3 leg nickel?
