✅ SOLVED Old Axe Head Please Help Date!

Found this old axe head can anyone tell me about how old it may be? It is 6 3/4 inches long and made of steel.

Mid-19th century seems to be what most people are thinking. I think that would be a solid estimate as well.

Maybe this is your axe, this is a 1940 axe outta my shed.

Not sure if it is that new only because it was about six inches deep on a front lawn. Sometimes depth can give an idea if how old it is.
