Hey Tinpan....Thanks Ill post more as soon as they upload from my camera...dang thing takes forever....All or mostly all of this was found right in our yard....Unreal....we found a pit the other day with a curry comb and an old iron piece to a compass or pocket watch...lots and lots of brick OLD ones...reason though we thick may have been where the clay pit was to make the brick....lots of clay about 3 ft. down. some charred wood.... beercan

Yes, a couple carved...not been able to go to the drive in...to many machines and hardhatheads around grouchy people....grrr, Here are more finds....

Actually the last two pics are a couple yrs. worth of diggin all around fauquier county.....We had to put them in a box they weight... jeez....50lbs+ (guessing) we had them in a square plastic jug for a long time and it gave out when we moved a while back....now we have just been using them as a doorstop
