It’s mostly an Ohio thing. Posting pics of arrowheads with the point facing downwards. 🤷🏼 I notice Dognose does this as well and he’s in IN. Maybe he can explain why this is almost always done by Ohio collectors but nowhere else in the country.

I found this Agate Basin that is a twin of the one in your pic. Coshocton Flint, Franklin County, Oh.
It was broken where the arrow is & glued together.
