OFFSTRUCK 1780'S CONNECTICUT COPPER

Headed back up to the 1740 home for the day.still plenty of junk in the yard but managed a few keepers again. a 1864 IH think it's an "L" cuz the neckline is pointed small flat button,a victorian button,a large cloak or dandy button.a aluminum bottle check token, a CHIEF thing.maybe went on front of a fireman's or policeman's dress hat? and swinging into the matted down flower garden near house got a nice copper reading.out pops a 1780's Connecticut copper.It's so offstruck that the date never made it onto the coin
I got 60 within my sights now!

That off center copper is way cool and could be a one of a kind. It could be worth alot to a coin collector. It's the only one i've ever seen. HH
