looks like two pennies got struck together as there is a d on the main part. Could be worth a small fortune if it is really an off strike as the further off it seems the more valuable. Ice
 

This really does look like a genuine off-strike. A pretty dramatic one at that. It's interesting how the zinc flowed out of the core, don't believe I've seen that one like that before. Your best bet is to go onto eBay and take a look at Lincoln cent off-strikes to see if there are any similar to yours. I suppose a grading company might handle it, but look for one that will handle errors, as not all of them do.

Very nice off center coin, only problem is zinc pennies have a very bad habit of corroding, and it looks like that is what has happened to that one. Don't know how much that would affect the value.
 

found them while "trash picking" during our local clean up days. find lots of cool items this way, paintings, furniture, etc

Really? Did you find this with a lot of other coins or something?
 

found it with a few other coins, have 2 of the off stuck pennies, the second one is more corroded that the one i posted.
