Odd "Token" found- ID?

I posted this in "Todays Finds" and it was suggested I post it here. I was working a soccer field yesterday, and found this. Came up on ID as "quarter", so I dug down 8" to find it. When I got home and cleaned it, it was NOT a quarter, but appears to be some kind of token. Front and Back are the same. It is the same size as a quarter, but lighter.

Re: Odd "Token" found- ID?

Thats what I came up with, but Casino tokens always have denominations on them (at least the ones I have seen)... Someone on the other post said "American Sailplane Club of America".... It does appear to have a sailplane on it... That has got to be it...

I could be wrong. Ill have to search some more until someone finds a matching logo.. The casino uses the letters ASCA for the NASDAQ abbreviation. I thought it might be like a pachino token.

The "American Sailplane Club of America" does not come up on google. I also noticed it uses the America word 2x in the title which is unlikely. But it does resemble a sailplane or a bird.glider sailplane.webp
