I'm a former member and have DW all those claims. They all have plenty of gold but it can be spotty. All in all they are better claims than most club claims. Last year a prospector was killed in a cave in on Puppy Feet. I wouldn't waste my time trying to MD unless you want to gather a collection of lead

Thanks for replying. I have heard that as well. That there claims are better than most club claims..

Do you have a favorite?

What a shame to hear about that miner was killed at puppy feet. Wow. Have to be so careful out there. I always stay out of tunnels or mines. Just not worth it.

Be well, and happy hunting!

Their all pretty much the same. You should join the AVTHS . The have a great claim in Bonanza Gulch.OC has a very good claim on the Kern River . China Gardens I think. Merry Christmas

I have not heard of the avths. I will look them up for sure. Bonanza gultch? Hmm sounds interesting.. Thanks again rod!

MY It's the Antelope Valley Treasure Hunters Society . They have a web site. Used to anyways. They have +- 100 members and about 98 of them MD only , so the DWing is really productive. Good luck

Rod, thanks again, I just joined the antelope valley club. Curious of where there claim is in El Paso mountains area. Get my packed soon I hope.

Hoping there's some decent areas to DW that haven't been beaten to death already like the red Chispas. I like the chispas claim and there's still gold coming out still amazingly, but just beat to all hell. Well see. Gotta go and just find where these claims are first.

Thx again!

The Bonanza Gulch claim is +- 300 acres. There is a lot of untouched ground. Go past the "post office" and work the hillside on your left. Sample ,test you'll do well. Good luck man
