Yes... The Freemason Depositors...Have proven that they did leave a vast Treasure on Oak Island...By their cunningness and their lack of evidence.... which has "Not" been found...This is their Proof!

Freemasons vs. Templar’s vs. bacon vs. Aztecs vs. black beard vs. aliens vs. Columbus vs. (fill in the blank).....the multitude of fictional stories relating to hoax island further prove that no evidence exists that a treasure was ever there...

LOL.....just like when you asked me to prove that someone stated there was a time warp tunnel. I provided the exact post proving my point.

You can do your own homework this time.....

or better yet.....provide factual evidence that anything treasure related ever existed on hoax island....

obviously you cannot prove it

here is all one needs to read to realize how the "like boys" are. they have repeatedly wanted ME to provide evidence of treasure on OI. but the truth is i have never stated that there is or was treasure there.

that, people, is fact.

i bring up questions and lately i have started wanted proof when they state OPINIONS.

ha ha

You must have a very short memory, or your just here to stir up.........eh, stuff...:laughing7:

nope

i have posed several thoughts. not a single one stating that there is or was treasure on OI. yet you and others keep throwing the treasure theory at me

and that proves that you are the ones only wanting to stir stuff up.

the sad thing is that you are not here for HONEST DISCUSSION

A survey of post made prior to your involvement proves you wrong

This is their Proof!
If proof of treasure existing is that the treasure has NOT been found, for a modest fee I can provide you Robot, my friend, with unlimited leads to fabulous treasure sites.

They Are The Green Mountain Boys!

Once called on by the Freemasons...they are your "Green Boys"...To the end!

Excellent article perhaps breath of fresh air into the asylum.

I remember as young lad on the other side of the world learning to read books reading of the story of course it was an enthralling yarn. But as life went on with much more life experience, I saw the absurdity of it all. I have no doubt the Oak island treasure story is perhaps the most famous treasure story of all time? But just because a story is famous does not mean its true. While no doubt people have searched for treasure there. The simple fact is there has never has been any real evidence that treasure was ever actually there to begin with?

So what makes the story so famous? The treasure can be whatever people imagine it to be so the story feeds on itself. I can describe two words of any Oak Island Forum over and over. Yeah Nah yeah Nah Yeah Nah I can come back 10 years from now People will come and go but the same crap will regurgitated about it.

Ironic as of all the treasure legends in the world Oak Island has least plausibility about it. Yet its the most famous one people flap about.

Hola Amigo

I too remember the first time reading the story in readers digest in the mid 60's. Its story fascinated me. It was some thing helped inspire me into the mining industry. Years later with a lot more experience the story can almost be told as cautionary tale how obsession can be blind to reality.

One thing I have learned from Oak island story is never get too attached to any such treasure stories. Either the story has merit or it does not? Too many become emotional over such stories as it becomes their single focus on life. Its not the only story people have wasted their lives in a vain pursuit, blind to all else.

But it is the most famous one. It fostered the term "Money Pit" Meaning: a major drain on one's financial resources

Hola amigos

I recall there was in the story in readers digest that mentions a story in 1720 two fisherman vanished while investigating strange lights? Is that story just 1960's artistic license added to the beef the story upor is there a earlier source for that story?

First time I was exposed to it was watch Bill Burrud's "TREASURE!" TV show in the mid-60's (syndicated - originally broadcast in 1958), and soon after (1965), the story came out in Reader's Digest.

It really is one of the most famous treasure stories. I think it is because it made one feel they could find it. It seemed simple in that it was known where the treasure was. I fist come across the story in early high school from a readers digest compilation of stories. I now realize so much of what was reported there was just unsubstantiated legend. At the time I dreamed of finding treasure..

Almost all the other "famous" treasure legends lack a definite X marks the spot place to look.

I am glad the Laginas have put the story to rest.. I will never have to die wondering now whether a treasure is actually buried on oak Island...

I must admit I fail to understand how anyone who has watched the show can still believe that there is a chance that treasure is still there to be found...

You do wonder why more has not been made of alternative explanation's of the found evidence on Oak Island. By this I mean more historians starting with the assumption that no treasure legend existed what do the finds in places like Smith Cove suggest was done there.

I really have only seen J.Steele attempt to explain Oak Island in that light.

Are the other places on that coast of Canada that have similar old strictures?

I suppose I am the only one here that still believes that something sizable will be found. Same age as the Laginas. Read the same story in Digest. I have been around this long, I am staying in till the end of the ride with them.

#640 posts and still not one piece of factual archeological evidence that anything ever existed on oak island other than remnants of common human habitation.

The fictional treasure fairy tales have all been debunked and proven false.

Even more evident after the laginas bought a historical web site documenting what had actually occurred on the island and closing it down so their fictional show would not be exposed by the facts presented on the website.
