Navy Davy and I headed out with the temperature 7 below Celsius. A cup of joe warmed our insides with each of us well wrapped for the chill. First stop at a permission was nasty to say the least with strong winds and a field that had deep rough furrows which played havoc on our knees. Managed a buckle and a knob for the 15 minutes we lasted here.
We then headed to a park covered with fine snow and a klaxon of songs from the Canada Geese. Seemed like ND just stepped out of the car while his first swing struck a nice sterling ring. Pennies abound as we went around the parking lot. The cold finally got to us and we called it quits. ND also had a mess of coppers and a charm of some sort. Pile below is what I managed. Nice to get out this time of year.
