ny button id help

i just dug this button today the only thing i did to it was wash off the dirt and rub some bee's wax on it
can anyone tell me the age not sure if it's civil war or not
all the ny buttons on the web show the word excelsior under the eagle
so i am looking for any and all info on it

Looks like Tice- NY110A15....A Raised Wreath. Alberts NY-12. 20-21mm...1815-1830. But..............I could be wrong. Looks like no backmark, is this correct?
