yup, usually have to ask for help or get a second opinion when trying to attribute most Connecticut's. This was the only use of the obverse and reverse diesDon't we wish they were all this easy to attribute. Those early 1787 varieties are a piece of cake compared to those 33 Z's. Some of those 86's are tough too.
just a matter of time before u dig a Nova, im hoping to finally get a fugio & a jersey copperSome nice coppers there. The Nova is one I'd like to find someday. The batwing buckles are always nice too.
congrats!!!! Ive never dug a fugioGreat job on the nova! I got one a few weeks back! Yours is in better condition for sure... Also snagged a fugio a week later
congrats!!!! Ive never dug a fugio
bet when ya find one it will be in beautiful condition!!!!!Nice Nova, I too am still looking for my first one, my son found one back in the 90s right here in our home town area, but not many circulated in southern NJ from what I see or shall I say what I don't see being posted from this area. Areas north of here seem to have had a big circulation of the Woods HIbernias and the Nova and Fugios compared to my area....
Thanks, ive found a few novas 1783 & 1785 but no fugio or jersey got a few vermonts and 1 mass. HH coopHi coop,
Great coins ,esp. The Nova , btw looks like a fantastic coin
no Nova or Mass cents for me , did get a fugio in crispy toast condition .
