Not sure what i found,shaped like a war marker

This from the back has same basic shape as a GAR marker. Their is a spot for a rod to go down threw. And it looks sort of like a cross. Their are no graves anywhere near where I found it. It is made of a heavy medal and was painted black. Neat what ever it is. Also got a slide of front of a toy car and 2 wheat cents. This area was hammered daily by a old guy till day he died so I never find to much. But still hit it when I am bored.

all gar and military ones always have the war on,this is just a decorative one. But from the back it has similar pattern
