Took the Deus to an old cabin site for a short afternoon hunt.
Got a 1820 large cent a couple of what is its... and a 1835 Hard Times Token .
The front shows a building says... Merchants Exchange Wall St. N. York. built 1827..burnt 1835

Lol that's great. Being a sarcastic person I love hard times tokens. The only one I have ever found is the "illustrious predecessor".

sold the identical token in June for $14. it was chocolate brown with no corrosion--- so y'all may get about $10 for the dug treasure you saved :icon_thumleft::icon_thumright:
