Took the Deus to an old cabin site for a short afternoon hunt.
Got a 1820 large cent a couple of what is its... and a 1835 Hard Times Token .
The front shows a building says... Merchants Exchange Wall St. N. York. built 1827..burnt 1835

Hard times tokens are some of my favorite finds. I found two a couple years ago within months of each other, and not another since. That's a real nice one Gary! Don't see those too often, Congrats!

Congrats on the token, it's a fine recovery and one that would look great in any display.
