Not Much

Went out today to a creek that had a big flash flood a couple of weeks ago. Everything has been changed, new gravel old gravel gone. But I didn’t find much. Just 2 pieces of pottery and a quartz flake.

Glad you got out, the last 2 times I went digging I found absolutely nothing (except flakes and material) and that was a month ago. That will change when it gets cooler.

Pottery is very hard to find where I look, I’d love to find some like yours, best I’ve got is cordmarked. It would be nice to find something more artistic

Next plow should reveal something for you. I will put the pottery in a frame when I get enough quality pieces.
