cool relics and coins, I reckon relics are easier to find than old coins
Thsnks buddy. It depends on the spot. A copper can turn up anywhere. Not so much with civil war relics. But I've dug thousands of bullets & maybe around a hundred coppers.

true, depends on the location, my stats are shoddy myself, new year's resolution for me, hopefully, is to count the trash, the relics and the coins and work out the percentages

your numbers make sense, the soldiers fired a lot of bullets but dropped a few coins on the field, especially there was little buying and selling on the battlefields
