The little bell looks like one from India that adorns custom jewelry.
The other one is different looking
 

That "flame" emblem is a flaming bomb or grenade and is a symbol of the grenadier. I have seen similar objects recovered in 18th/19th century British or French military contexts, although the symbol saw usage later on, such as on this WW1 era French Adrian helmet. Yours, however, looks older. What was the context you found it in? I am particularly interested in Revolutionary War period, and my first impression was that it came from a British grenadier's accoutrements, such as a cartridge box. You can see two iron marks that show it had pins or tacks, which indicates to me it would have been attached to leather. I'll have to look in a few books to see if I can track down anything similar. Definitely a cool find. Also, that crotal bell is very early.
