Not too much of a story here. I wanted to spend the afternoon with the kids but had 10 minutes and no sites. So I went back to my "Colonial Parking Lot"

10 minutes and ten clad coins and I got a sweet 12-45 (dime/quarter) at 7". Out pops a nice copper. Sometimes you just know they're going to be nice... It cleaned up well, but don't they always looks the sweetest all dirty?!?!ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1460682319.187334.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1460682330.211830.jpg

I said "well it ain't going to get better than this!" And left. 10 minutes!

It doesn't get any better than that.

Good digging ya'll!

I have a spot like that, that is close to home and perfect for a quick hunt. Many times I have thought it was finished and then pops up something good. Just goes to show you. I often wonder, how did I miss that? Great coin Scrappy!

That's exactly what I say! "How did I miss that dang thing!" Lol. Thanks for looking

I totally missed this one... couldn't agree more, coppers look the best just minutes out of the ground. I had one hunt last Dec where I actually put dirt back on the copper after cleaning it and the results were great. ha I cant tell you how many times I covered the exact same location with multiple machines and a SWEET signal produces a copper many hunts later... I move slow when I hunt too and its amazing what we miss. Nice job dude.
