Here's a couple more objects found in a farm field (my favorite locale). The "V" shaped piece is flattened on the end like someone was hitting it with a hammer. Any ideas?

the y shaped thing looks like a railroad spike thats been blacksmith'd. are the ends tapered? maybe someone was learning iron work?
