Ok the story goes like this.....My uncle said I could stop by his house and dig around so I was in the area and decided what the hell there should be some thin snow. Well there was.....I dug a wheatie first then 5 feet away this sterling ring then about 3 feet away the earing. I hit a 39 nickel on my way to his door....all within 20 minutes. I am so going to tear his small yard up when warm weather and my new detector come.

Ok now who said you could get out before I got a chance to?! Great finds for a 20 minute hunt.

Meh......I have the goombas to go out in this weather! lol.....actually everyone says Im just nuts.

I cannot tell a lie. I went out at one o'clock and tested the groung with a shovel. Hard as a rock! :BangHead:

ok find an area with just 2 inches or so maybe three and hunt that area.....bare ground is concrete but a little snow cover insulates it. Also try in leaf covered areas....you may have like an inch or two of frost but its manageable

SOLD! Now lets hope it doesn't snow to much tonight.

Man, that's freakin torture! I bet the moment that thaws you will be out there like a junk yard dog.

I'd take that twenty minutes anyday :o :o

I'm such an instigator. I value any time I can get out and hear the beeps....well not when I hit my yard and come up with half inch nails that chime in a coin.......which happens everytime I go out there.....cant wait for my at pro!
