I was picking up my last box of dimes for today, and I asked them for half dollars since I forgot to ask at the last 2 banks I was at. The last time I was at this bank, someone had just dumped $1k in halves, so I assumed all halves would be dumps from this bank. I asked anyway, and he said they had $13. I figured getting skunked on that small amount would be no big deal, and even 1 silver would make the search of 1 roll worth it. Well the $3 loose halves were all clad, so I waited until I got home to open the $10 roll. Upon opening the roll, I spotted a 90% rim, and it was a 64. I checked a few other silverish looking rims, and pulled 4 40%'ers. So 5 silver halfs from one roll. I was psyched to say the least, I was certain they'd be all clad.

To date, all my silver half finds have been from loose rolls/coins, and not boxes. Still haven't even hit my $750 in dimes yet, i'll post later about how that goes.
HH all!
