Did a beach hunt today before the snow looking for lead for upcoming fishing season, to my surprise pulled some silver 3 unknown date mercury dimes and my first barber quarter 1908 there not real lookers but I’ll keep them also pulled a cool sterling money clip. In 3 hours my friend and I pulled just under 250 ounces of lead and he got 2 silver Washington quarters as well. Really good to get outside today! Absolutely, I never get over excited when I find one in wet sand, half the time I scuff rim just to see if it is silver :dontknow:
