Newbie, spearhead

Hi Y'all, 75 years old just got my first detector. Live in Ft Pierce FL area, in the 70's in found a 6" white rock spearhead like a clovis but just a flat end on it, in a shell mound on the beach, probably Ais Indian pre 1740. Best thing I ever found beach combing..... Lesson here....loaned it to museum for their display, and they lost it...….
