Newbie looking for help

Hi everyone , and Thank You for having me . On Xmas day my Mom gave me a Turkey Platter , she got from my grandmother about 40 yrs/ ago and its hard to say how long my GM had it before that...the background is white and then it has blue floral through it , I found these #'s on the back of it....W&W No 109552 ADELAIDE , Ive tried searching but this type of stuff I get lost...If anyone would know where i could look to find more info I would be grateful , Thank you
