Newbie from Washington State

Hello all, newbie here and just bought a White's Coinmaster GT. Looking forward to all the hunts in the future. Been reading a lot of post here to get tons of information. I have learned many things from all the members. Can't wait to go with my hunting buddy who has been in the hobby for many years. I will be his " rookie in training".

When I was about 14 years old, I would go to the store and buy the magazine called " Treasure Hunter" ( I think that's what it was called) and wishing I could get a metal detector, but now that I'm 58 years old and all my kids are grown and moved out, it's my time to go digging.

As a very small child I lived on Vashon Island, then later on N.E. Tacoma, North Bend, Kent Desmoins, Shelton, and Grapeview. I also had family in Bellevue, Seattle, Arlington, and Bellingham.
