Sorry new here wanted to add some info before I posted the pic but hit the button to soon. Found these in my local park on 1st day out. The keystone shaped object looks like it was attached to something at some point has what’s left of a thin plastic cover on this side. Just curious if anyone in Pa might have an idea what it is.
