Tried Big Bar last summer, dug in the berry bushes and got some good gold.
The river is full of mica, holy crap, never saw that much Fool's Gold.

I bought some gold coins (Krugerands) at 850/oz in early eighties - turns out that was right near the top - a couple months later dropped to 500/oz, then settled
around 400/oz for next several years. I can still hear the faint echoes "gold will shoot to 2,000/oz before the end of this year!"

Fullpan I think it is going to hit 2k. A lot of reasons but most speculative political. Other countries buying up gold can't hurt the price.
