new to MDing

I have been into artifacts most my life and love the hobby it gets me tons of time with my 11 yr old girl who by the way has an outstnding arrowhead collection, BUT yesterday i bought a teknetic delta 4k and a Garret pin pointer.. took it out today for fist run. had a blast found a quarter , a copper button and 2 pewter buttons not much i know but i was delighted and going back tomorrow i dont know much about it yet but i will figure it out.. by the way nice fourm. lots of info for a noob like me..
