My guess it's a Native American made ring, as I see that pictoral mark that looks like a bear paw. This site has documented many images of NA makers marks, but there's so many to go through.

I was hoping for clear marking on the inside no such luck thanks for the direction to look in. Thanks for taking the time to respond as well
