I thought I would try my hand a posting some pics and show a site I hunted New Year's Eve. Some of my ancestors owned the property at one time (I believe my great-great-grandparents) and as chance would have it a relative owns it now but they're from a different branch of the family tree. The house is gone but the log barn and a stone-lined well are still there. I didn't find anything worth mentioning during the short hunt but I'll be back.

Looks like a great spot Kent!! how old is that barn? and how much property?

I'm not sure on the age of the barn. My guess would be mid to late-1800's but I need to do some research. This particular piece of property is 60 acres but originally the farm was larger. It has been split among heirs over the years.
