new site scout turned up 2 spoonfuls

Got out for a while checking a potential site. So many targets at this site. Next time the smaller coil will be on. Its never been touched by a detectorist. In an hour of light i got several buttons. Some tombac. A stamped decorative item or broach. Thimble. Pewter frags. Some fired bullets. 2 broken large spoons 1 copper 1 iron. A strapend and my favorite find a strapend with leather and rivets and its the first ive ever seen that has been marked. And its locally marked.

Half the marking is obscured by the rivet. Im tempted to cut it off.

Anyways what i can see it reads
