Found A new site that im definitely going back to, I picked around A little here where it would benefit, but I only had my shooter coil on. Looking for it I figured it would be all overgrown and could just detect A little, if any when I would find it. On arrival I noticed it sits back pretty far from the trail, and all the woods are clear of shrubbery. So I did what I could with my small coil close to the cellar walls and such. Found plenty of scrap copper for the scrap yard, A 1884 and 1881 Indians, (the merc and other Indian were found 2 days ago) A 1909 (no vbd) wheaty and A nice 1892 Barber Quarter my first barber Quarter in the 1800s also found a nice rosette that cleaned up pretty good.
yes, ill have to grid the whole front section between the trail and cellar hole with a bigger coil.
