New sand six silvers

So I have pounded my dredge sand beach to death. I’m at the point that I’m the local iron man picking nails and scraps. Being quarantined gave me a chance to work on my in-laws boat. Waiting for the ferry I hit some sand that I saw had been flattened out. Instant payoff. Hit a rose then the v nickel then the barb back to back to back. Hit a very thin strip of fancy metal and turns out it’s stamped sterling on the way to the truck. Went back to finish the job this afternoon and planed some more time. Came away today with three more silvers 1917, 1918, 1942 And a few wheats. Six silvers in very little time. Pretty soon I’m going to start making up things to do on his boat. Happy hunting stay safe everyone.

Every time there is a big storm you should give it a look. The sand gets moved around a lot by the wind and water!
