Offered in this auction is a Professional grade metal detecting water/beach scoop by Bill Babb's. This scoop is made of heavy welded aluminum with a stainless steel "beak" to reduce tip wear.The scoop is 48" overall length. The basket size is 11 1/2"+- long by 6"+- diameter with 9/16" holes. There is a heavy thick rectangular bar welded to the top of the basket for the strength needed by Pro water detectorists. This scoop weights 4 lbs.+-. The top of the shaft has a rubber-like hand grip to prevent slipping. This item is listed as "new other" because it has no original packaging. This scoop is arguably the best quality water scoop money can buy.
