Minelab USA has updated their toll free number to:

This new number will allow customers to reach Minelab USA directly.

As some of you might be aware, it was also announced early this week our new Customer Care number: 1-877-SOS-MLAB (1-877-767-6522) This number is available now for any warranty and repair questions you or your customer might have, just another way to deliver excellent service directly to the you, the consumer.

If there are any other issues unrelated to warranty and repairs please call the 888-949-6522 phone number or call your account manager directly.

Hey Mike, sorry you cound not come out with us to hunt that old property today. If you look a my recent post you will see the 1912 S - V Nickel and old military button I found there today. I am going back for more soon. It really has potiential.

I have tried both of these numbers numerous times and all I get is a recording! Ileave detailed messages and never get a response, so not right.
