Ever get around the Cache River? Kinda liking some of those old tales of Col. Plug, the maurauder and bandit. He's gotta have some goodies left behind somewhere in that swamp. Check the posts for the 1937 aerial survey maps, get the land plats from the 1804-94 surveys of the state, and hit those old trails down there.

You could have a very good day on one of the original roadways down that way.
