New here(from Federal Way WA)

Hello everyone,
Mine names Hunter I'm from Federal Way WA and I am very new at treasure hunting. I was intrigued by a video I saw on YouTube that showed some of the items found at a gamestop dumpster after they had thrown out old unwanted product. But as I stated I am new to this so I was wondering if someone was in my area that had a link to the regulations regarding dumpster diving. And perhaps any suggestions on where I should go for my first dive? Or maybe I can meet up with someone somewhere and go on a dive with them for my first one. Either way any feedback would be appreciated.
