hello all!
name is jonathan, i grew up in haddam and am moving back there, finally! i always have been interested in old stuff especially items found lost in time in the dirt. i snorkle, metal detect, dig a bit. kick rocks ect. my father in law is a big time indian artifact collector with a massive cataloged collection from day one. i just find what i find and like it. moving back to haddam i and being older with more knowledge now i will find some free time to go search some areas of interest that i know and explore some territory i 'think' not many if any people have thought to check out. i HATE gold jewelry and the color gold, BUT got caught up in the show gold rush and bearing sea gold, and reading online and became obsessed to some form of stripping gold from cpu memory and have a neat little stash goin just to say i have some gold! but with haddam being a very diverse area of geological standards, i have some ideas i will put into effect as to find some weather it be placer dust or whatever you call it. and my first treasure post i will make will show one part of my idea with a small natural item found the other day that i hope people will find as interesting and exctiting as i do!
