New guy from central penn.

Did you get your metal setector yet? I have seen alot of relics and coins on this forum coming from PA. I'm in indiana. I find alot of beer cans. Not giving up though. Where there is beer, there are fights. Alot of stuff can get lost during a fight!

Well, just got home from work. There it was, wrapped in paper on the kitchen table. My fiance got me a Bounty Hunter for my birthday! :laughing7:

The reviews seemed pretty good...

I've dated my house back to 1860. What will I find out in the yard/field tmr??

cool

nice thing about this hobby is you just never
know what you may find.

Places to check first, along all walk ways.
If you can tell where the out Houses were over the years,
check the direct path from the back door to them.
under any old Clothes lines & Big Ole' Trees.
Bottom & top of hill sides. Grass boardering Driveway,
around the Mail Box, & any place it looks like Kids,
& Intoxicated adults :D Worked & Played :D

Being you are so Close,
IF You need any help Researching your Property,
Don't hesitate to PM me your address. & I'll see if I Can
find anything online and
in history books I Have,
that will Help pinpoint good Spots there
& Around you.
Have No Fear, I'm not a "Night Hunter" :tongue3:
& Can do this from my Seat

FYI The Peter allen house off 225 dates to at least 1726
(There was also a Toll booth just north of it
in the west side of 225.)
& there is a Rumor "Robber David Lewis" Hid
a Cache on the Mountain around the house somewhere.

There are also Sites along the mountain behind the Peter allen house where there used to be farms. I havn't researched landowners down there
