GO COLTS!! not far from ya
Thanks for all the kind welcomes !
Howdy and welcome. Your description of where you are located brought back some memories when I drove across your state after a snow storm in 1973. I will never forget that it was the worst trip of my life. I-70 was covered with snow that was packed into a glaze of slippery ice. It was like this across Illinois and Indiana. Cars would pass us at speeds too high for conditions, and a mile or so down the road we would find them in a snow bank or off into a field. We observed this so many times we lost count. Hotels were packed due to stranded travelers. Finally we reached Richmond, Indiana where we had reserved a hotel room. The next morning we drove a short distance and crossed into Ohio. To our amazement and relief, the roads were completely clear from the Ohio line to our destination in WV. Hopefully you don't have to put up with that in the winter these days.Just about on the indiana and ohio border in central area of state. I would prefer to stay in indiana though.

Welcome and HH from Maryland. New myself.
Howdy Woodswoman glad to see another Hoosier in the forums ... just wish there were some in the hobby down this way. I live about 100 miles SOUTH of Indy. Yep dang near a Kentuckian... not really I have a buffer county between me and the Ohio River.

Welcome to TNET from a dirt fishing Gal from Georgia! Haven't exactly filled my napsak with silver & gold but I'm loving the adventures my F2 is taking me. An added bonus is all the great folks here that share their advice and encouragement when the pickings get a little slim. Happy Digging!
