Well Wind, I'm glad you asked.
It seems to be uncontrollable. Sometimes it is unnoticeable to the untrained eye. However, (for example) the wife gave me a to do list and my Dolphinitis really kicked in and six months later she had to remind me of such list. It seems that in some extreme cases (like mine) it can even affect the memory. It's a daily struggle and makes me (as Dr. Last would diagnosed) last a lot. Sometimes being last has its advantages....like here for instance.
