You want that in walking, running or driving time? Lol
I can drive to Detroit in about 2 1/2 hours.
I go catch a Lions, Pistons or Tigers game from time to time but that's it. The city is trying to make a comeback but whew....it was rocked back when the economy collapsed....Downtown Detroit was boarded up windows and was in bad shape.

I would pass along the same advice today. I went to a tigers opening day and took.a wrong turn out of stadium.....turned on a side street to cut back to the road I needed and boom....cops and gang activity and the stadium was still in eyesight. My advice on going there is know how to get there and 2 safe ways back.
