It's going to be awhile before the snow melts and the ground thaws. At least another week or more. I'm going to focus on packing and working around

What it comes down to is this,,
A 4 quart pot of sauce with about sixteen meatballs and 5 sausages left. I'll put them into a few "tub o ware" bowls and enjoy a serving over the next few weeks. Two fresh and refrigerated, the rest frozen. Now I already made a pound of spaghetti. Now I guess I'll make some ziti.
