I BBQ’d a few racks of baby back ribs after they sous vide for 24 hours and were then smoked for 2 hours. They were so fall off the bone I couldn’t pick them up off of the grill without them just falling apart. It looks a mess, but they were delicious!

Thanks, it is an Annual Event. This was my second year. I had a good time.
Got a new permission last night. I'm going to check it out this morning. I may have to do some mowing.
