Unfortunately, touching / grabbing people is an aspect of my job. And the vast majority of those people are dirty.

I greatly thank you. This is my 20th year doing the job with the vast majority of that being on the streets. It can be a thankless job, but I don’t take things personal and try to positively change folks’ lives.
