The Temps in NYC are in the 20s.
Tonight, they will be around 15.
Yep, the ground is frozen. When you get 3 consecutive nights in the 20s, and the daytime Temps stay below 32 degrees, the ground will be frozen solid. Now the good news. On Wednesday, the Temps are going up. Thursday and possibly Friday, , the rains will come during 50 degree temps. The nighttime Temps will be in the 40s. Saturday looks like a sunny 55 degrees with soil that should be thawed out. It's January, , 55 degrees?? Looks like Saturday is going to be a Hunt Day.
