New 3030

I just got my 3030 on friday. Spent some time reading my book and thought I was ready to go. Turned it on and nothing on the screen! It lights up but thats it. I have turned it off and let it set 4 times. It worked once. Did i get a dud!?!

Sounds like a bad motherboard. It is DOA out of the box, it happens, call the dealer you bought it from and set up a return.

Smassey...did you get your machine rectified? I worry when I see a member with 4 posts and they all involve machine issues...just curious if you’re up and operating,because the CTX is a MONSTER! Hopefully you’ve discovered this by now...
