I understand. The last time I saw him, he was on a talk tour. He didn't even play anything. I almost got up and walked out. I actually threw the VIP passes in the trash can on the way out. I didn't even want to meet him after hearing that line of crap. And didn't listen to him for years. And a lot of others that followed that line of crap.
Then I realized most of the musicians I liked, I could care less about their politics. I guess brilliant people just can't contain the urge to push it out. So I tune that part out of the listening.

Ohhhh boyyy ............. Neil what a let down he turned out to be eh ??
I was a fan.... a big fan.......over 30 years of Album collecting, everything he ever did, on nearly every format, so countless recordings , cassettes, 5 concerts, T shirts, collectibles, CD's , DVD's and my favourite medium of Vinyl (27 vinyls)... Bought into all the old release material of recent years,, basically loved the guy and nearly everything he did EVER !!!.....
Then came the knock on the head that i obviously needed.
Neil's constant ramblings of a preaching nature, even a self proclaimed medical specialist, during the Covid bullshit operation,, laid the truth to bare... Neil repeatedly towed the line of 'official insanity' and pleaded for everyone to forgo their beliefs and morals, and get the jab... going as far as to say that if you ain't done, then you ain't welcome in my crowd... Joining the ranks of other 'celebs' who pushed this BS on their adoring fans.. Unforgivable in my opinion.
Discogs got all of my merch... Sold off at a very low price as i didn't want to make a single penny off this guy's crap.

Now when i look back,, at the years of my life when i listened to his whining and moaning, i wish i had really understood ..

Why do these people think that they have a mandate outside of music ?

But seriously, I am glad to be rid of him........ he is a bit like a wart on your heel , that just arrives and takes years to bugger off, then one day it's gone and you feel great.. something like that
